A gynecologist has found that the body size of Em's baby seems abnormally bigger than it should be at a pregnancy checkup. The swell may be due to some problems in its internal organs and of course there may be other reasons too, but it already worries Em enough. She is really down. Well, right now, nothing has been confirmed yet and perhaps things are not as bad as what we think. Maybe the baby's just got a bit fatter. There are lots of different possibilities anyway.
